In the Molineta hamlet there are 6 houses and at Periana there is Cortijo Rosa all available to rent direct from us.

The price of your holiday is determined by the dates of your stay. Prices are expressed in £s and are per house per week, Saturday to Saturday. Bookings are not transferable. Payment may be made in Sterling or Euros by bank transfer or by cheque.

Reductions for longer rentals

For a 2 week stay	10% reduction

Deposits A deposit of 50% of the total must be paid to secure the booking. The balance of the payment is due 1 month before the date of your arrival at the property. In the case of a cancellation, a reasonable amount of effort will be made to find a replacement booking and, if successful, the deposit will be refunded.

A refundable breakage deposit of £200 for El Molino Viejo, El Rosario, £300 for Cortijo Rosa , and £100 for the others, must be paid in addition to the total price. For further information see “Breakage Deposits” under Terms and Conditions.

Payments should be made in Sterling or Euro by bank transfer 1 month in advance. Payments may also be made by Sterling cheque written out to ‘La Molineta’ and paid 1 month in advance.

Holiday insurance is not included in the above price and is required by all guests at La Molineta and Cortijo Rosa.
